April Warner


April is a Registered Yoga Teacher and Licensed Massage Therapist.  She earned a Bachelor's degree in Dance/Movement Therapy and Theatre from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2013. April’s passion for movement, wellness, self-expression, and self growth first originated from a background in acting and dance. She has expanded her passion from the stage to the mat, believing that the trick to finding yourself, is finding the safe space to truly be yourself. She loves offering her services of yoga and massage to the community and hopes to see you on the mat soon!

Katie Scherry

Cycle & Bootcamp

Katie has been working in group fitness since her undergrad at Ohio State. She graduated with her degree in Exercise Science in June 2012 and has worked in both corporate and commercial fitness. She teaches a variety of formats including INSANITY™, PIYO™, Spinning and Bootcamp. Katie grew up as a competitive swimmer in Cleveland, OH. She continued swimming into college before expanding her fitness repertoire to triathlons and marathons. In her spare time she loves working with kids, spending time with family, reading, crafting, golfing and hiking.

Katie is the Ladda Fitness President, Owner, Head Trainer, Bookkeeper, Cleaning Lady, and all over lover of Ladda! She earned a Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Kinetics, and Dance from Ohio Wesleyan University, and a Master's Degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania. She holds certifications in Personal Training, Group Fitness, Spinning, PIYO™, TURBOKICK™, POUND, and INSANITY™, and enjoys the variety of exercises and exercisers that these formats bring into her life.  She is SO EXCITED to share the charging mission of Ladda Fitness and lifestyle with as many people as possible!

Andy Winters

Strength & Conditioning

Andy is a certified Strength & Conditioning coach and spends most of his time on the basketball court at Capital University as the Assistant Men's Basketball Coach as well as the University's Strength & Conditioning Coach for all sports. Andy is starting his fourth season coaching at Capital since graduating from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2013 as a First Team All-American basketball player and Education major.  Andy makes his personal health and fitness a high priority, and loves to help encourage others do the same.
