Group Fitness:

As a courtesy to all instructors and class participants, Ladda Fitness encourages you to pre-register for all classes online, through Mind Body. As of September 1, 2017 we require ALL participants (including monthly members) to cancel their class reservations AT LEAST 2 hours prior to class if you are not going to be able to make it to class. All "no-show" accounts will receive a drop-in fee when failing to cancel their reservation in a timely manner. Thank you so much for your cooperation.


Personal Training:

Scheduling of personal training sessions will be done so in advance either BEFORE or at the time of payment. Individual training appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24-hours prior to session if there is a conflict. In order to ensure client success and progress, we encourage AT LEAST one scheduled session per week (exceptions made ahead of time for conflicts, vacations, travel, etc.).
